The Graduate Affairs Unit works to provide employment support by launching various job creation projects, and through offering training and career guidance programs to prepare students for professional life. Approximately 47% of UCAS graduates have successfully secured employment across different institutions in Palestine, each in their respective field of study. UCAS and Social Responsibility

UCAS embraces the principles of social responsibility, considering its founding mission to serve the community and support its needs. This commitment is reflected in the variety of initiatives it leads, such as the Palestine Festival for Childhood and Education—one of the most prominent annual events celebrating International Children’s Day in Palestine, attended by thousands of children.

The college also organizes the Creative Forum for People with Disabilities, an event held in collaboration with institutions for people with special needs to advocate for their rights. Additionally, UCAS actively participates in all national events, including the Palestinian Heritage Day, where it annually organizes a Traditional Heritage Forum to celebrate and preserve local culture.
