International Relations Office

The International Relations Office (IRO) is the gateway for UCAS to the global academic and professional world. Our mission is to initiate, develop, and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships with leading universities, institutions, and organizations worldwide. Through these collaborations, we strive to enrich the academic experience of our students and faculty, enhance research capabilities, and elevate the college’s global standing.

Strategic Pillars of Our Work

The IRO’s activities are structured around key strategic objectives designed to foster global engagement:

  • Academic Exchange Programs: Providing opportunities for academics and students to participate in Academic Exchange Programs to gain practical global experience and perspectives at various partner universities.

  • International Research Collaboration: Facilitating joint research projects with international scholars or researchers from other academic and non-academic organizations, leveraging diverse expertise to produce high-impact scientific output.

  • External Funding and Support: Striving to provide external funds for supporting unique research initiatives, infrastructure development, and student scholarships through international grants and donor relations.

  • Global Visibility and Outreach: Representing UCAS in international forums, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our programs and attract international students and faculty.
