UCAS is a Palestinian academic institution of higher-education in Gaza Strip, Palestine. It was established in 1998 to provide academic, technical and vocational education. It is accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education as University College that offers academic bachelor and technical diploma degrees in more than 40 different programs. Its programs are distinguished since they are technically oriented.
